Terms, Billing & Cancellation

Service

RideAI helps vehicle sellers create, prepare, schedule, publish, and analyze social media content. Customers are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy and ensuring they have rights to uploaded materials and connected accounts.

Subscription billing

RideAI Monthly costs $9.99 USD per month and automatically renews monthly until canceled. RideAI Annual costs $89.99 USD for 12 months and automatically renews yearly until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment processor.

Cancellation

You may cancel renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access continues through the end of the paid month or year.

Refunds

Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law. Billing errors will be reviewed promptly.

Acceptable use

Customers may not use RideAI to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content, or to interfere with the service or connected platforms.

Availability

RideAI may change or improve features over time. Connected-platform features can be affected by third-party availability, permissions, and policies.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining account security and for activity performed through their accounts.
